Visitor Resources

People come to La Jolla with a variety of agendas, and locals welcome them all. A short drive from downtown San Diego, some often drop in for a quick recharge of the batteries—a fish taco at sunset on George’s terrace bistro or an evening cooking class at Cups. Others come for day trips or romantic weekend getaways. Still others lengthen a business trip with extra time to relax. Many are here for an extended vacation, and for some, that vacation still hasn’t ended.
